The solution consists of a web-based room management system that provides the following functionalities to the client.
- List of Rooms – create the list of rooms in the hotel with the ability to assign an RCU with a fixed IP address for each room
- List of Users – to allow the creation of users to access the Room Interface application
- List of Scenarios – allows a user to create a list of scenarios to be used by the hotel with the ability to create presets for all the components of a room as connected on the RCU and for different types of access (Client or Maintenance/Housekeeping)
- The Room Interface which allows a user to select a room, set a scenario and interact with the various components
