After the successful deployment and completion of Phase 1 of the project (150 vehicles), the MOHQL (Ministry of Health and Quality of Life) has extended the solution to their whole fleet of vehicles (310 vehicles). The Naveo FMS solution allows the hospital staff to automatically schedule transport request based by types such as Airport Transfers, Methadone, Refuse Collection and Needle Exchange or for all recurrent patient such as dialysis and other treatment. As such the Management can keep track of which vehicles and employees (drivers, helpers and attendants) has been allocated for which trip during what period of time.
